Charli Mackie has recently begun studying for her masters in film and TV composition at the National Film & TV School in Beaconsfield, UK.

In this talk with filmmaker and Artemisia's Daughters co-founder Alexandra Boyd, they discuss the challenges of being the only woman in her early composition classes and learning from the male students, her favourite film composers and influencers and the focus and determination she's needed to keep up in a very competitive department of the film industry.
