Ten-year-old Canadian, Charlie Lowthian Rickert, is transgender and has been campaigning for trans rights since she was 8. She is already comfortable giving media interviews and recently received with rapturous applause by the LGBTQ community in Ottawa when she led the city’s Pride Parade.
