Charlie Herman's Cultural Recommendations

WNYC’s business and culture editor, Charlie Herman, joins us for this week’s installment of “Charlie for the Culture.” This week, he'll look at Carnegie Hall's "Migrations: The Making of America," a citywide festival that traces the journeys of people from different origins and backgrounds who helped to shape the evolution of American arts and culture. The series started on March 9 and runs through May 2019. He'll also look at the CUNY Dance Initiative's 5th Year Fest, which runs from March 20 through March 23.
