Charlotte Henshaw's first athletic career was in para-swimming, with silver at the London Paralympic Games, and bronze in Rio. Para-canoeing was added to the Paralympics in 2016. And in 2017 Charlotte made the switch to train as a para-canoeist. She is already a 3x World Champion, and heading towards what could be her 4th Paralympic Games (first time competing in para-canoe) in Tokyo.
