Conversations on Character returns for its second series, and in this first episode of Series Two we welcome Youth Social Action campaigner, University of Birmingham alumna, and the former Chief Executive of Step up to Serve (the founders of the #iwill Campaign), Charlotte Hill OBE. 

Reflecting on her time with the campaign as well as its legacy, Charlotte discusses the integral role listening to the voices of young people plays in a flourishing society as well as who it is that for her best exemplifies compassion.
