Charlotte Rushforth, Charlotte is an amazing young woman starting her journey out in the world of motorsport engineering. Charlotte has a bond with motorsport that runs in the family and through her veins. And like all of us, enthusiasts or professionals, she does it out of passion. Usually, the podcast guests have established themselves in their careers and are well known in their respective roles.
