Rape charges against a former Chartiers Valley High School basketball player accused of raping a 17-year-old girl have been dropped. The girl told police 18 year old Ross Wilkerson messaged her on Snapchat in March and told her to come to a pool house behind his home. When she arrived, she said Wilkerson forced her to have sex.
