Dr. Stecco is a healthcare executive with 25 years of leadership and medical monitoring experience across the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors. A former Chief Medical Officer and consultant to over20 obesity-focused companies, she is also a practicing physician with deep expertise in treating obesity using therapies like GLP-1 receptor agonists, Orlistat, Qsymia, and Contrave. Dr.Stecco holds an MA and MD from the University of Southern California and completed her surgical training at Stanford University Medical Center.

Gab is a seasoned clinical research professional with over 20 years of experience across both site and CRO settings. He has held key roles including Senior Study Coordinator, CRA, Project Manager, and Therapeutic Strategy Manager. Gab has significant expertise in Phase I–III clinical trials conducted in Australia and globally, with a strong focus on early-phase research — covering study design, protocol development, regulatory strategy, feasibility, budgeting, and timeline management. He currently leads the Strategy team for the obesity portfolio. Gab holds a Bachelor of Nursing and a Master of Health Sciences in Health Administration.​
