In this episode, I speak with my friend Ben Lamos. He is a farrier located in New Hampshire and (sometimes) Florida and is the proud owner of 'BDL Horseshoeing'.

We talk about how he got started in his trade and the ups and downs of starting your own business. He tells us stories about horseshoe competitions, getting kicked by horses, and we also talk about one of his favorite hobbies, snowmobiling.
