He found himself having to make the tough choice of taking the comfortable route with a cushioned position with a reputable company.  Or put in all on the line and chase the dream of building his own product from the ground up.
With deals in place with Bombardier and in the works with Embraer, it would appear his gamble is proving to be fruitful.
