At ParaCore, we follow the Entrepreneurial Operations System (EOS) outlined in the book "Traction" by Gino Wickman and that system includes a quarterly planning session.   Quarterly planning sessions can be really inspiring as new ideas are shared and possibilities explored. However, we were noticing only a little progress was being made on the goals we would set each quarter.
