Are we so afraid of failure that we fail to even try? Why is it that becoming our own worst enemy is not only an option, but it's what most people default to?
It's these things that have started to pry into my thoughts more and more and I speak with all of my past guests who boldly accept the difficulties to reach their dreams. Today is no different, and is instead your new motivation to try again.
My guest today is Terry Tucker. Terry started out played college basketball at the Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina despite having already had 3 knee surgeries in high school. He then followed a business degree to a corporate career. Then a stint in hospital administration, switched everything up to become a cop, and kept pushing into becoming a hostage negotiator. That's not even his whole path, it's just a few highlights. It's certainly not all glory all the time, as he has also been battling a rare cancer for the last 10 years.
(Also sorry for my congested sinuses)
