The Royal Enfield Build.Train.Race (BTR) program is designed to inspire and support women from various backgrounds and experience levels to enter the motorcycle racing community. The program teaches participants how to build and race motorcycles, offering an all-woman initiative that highlights women and motorcycle culture in North America. It consists of two racing disciplines: flat track and road racing, where each participant receives a Royal Enfield motorcycle to convert into a race-ready machine

Here we are with a dispatch from the desert. This is a long distance podcast with Dr. Matthew Tolstoy discussing one of the biggest things that we as racers probably don't spend enough time working on, our health and fitness. In this podcast we get to talk about the importance of fitness, mindset for long term fitness, and many other topics. However there is such a depth to the topic we could not address it all in here in this episode. We tried to focus on what we can do in our every day life.
