In episodes 37 and 38, the Arcturians announce that it is highly probable that multiple members of the Federation will soon make undeniable, physical contact with the Earthly population. In other words, they will make their presence known in ways that governments and the media can no longer ignore or hide from the general public. Episode 39 discusses the purpose of the visitations and some of the anticipated effects on the population, not the least of which is transforming how we view ourselves as fellow experiencers of creation.
