Elijah Kirby had a troubled-upbringing, including domestic abuse and regular moves around the care system but fortunately in his teens he found a Christian family. Resulting from that two amazing things happened ... his step father was healed and Elijah (was Richard) found Jesus who welcomed him and gave him a name change (there is a precedent in the Acts of the Apostles). Elijah is now a church pastor, passionate about Jesus, and a leading ambassador for Tearfund, around the country and abroad. In the year that Tearfund celebrates it's 50th anniversary, hear about the great work of this famine relief organisation and a man who now personifies it.
