In this week's conveyancing matters chat, Stu talks to Andrew McColl.  Andrew is owner of AM Surveys as well as being vice chairman of the Residential Property Surveyors Association and, having spent his life in the housebuilding industry, is well placed to provide insights into why every buyer should have a survey carried out.
Both Andrew and Stu are amazed that so many buyers seem to think that surveys are unnecessary, and clear up misconceptions that some buyers have about the links between a valuation and a survey
