In this episode I have a chin wag with my best friend Mark Sarfo-Kantanka.

Mark is a brother to me and someone I admire greatly. We've known each other for 30 years and discovering the joy of cycling together has brought another dimension to our brotherhood. I'm pretty sure it was his idea for us to do the London to Paris bike ride many moons ago!
