Last year, we thought that the Consumer Code for Homebuilders might be winding down and transferring responsibilities to the New Homes Quality Board - but 12 months on, nothing could be further from reality!  Noel tells us about the recent review of the Consumer Code for Homebuilders and what changes will be made to the Code to strengthen consumer protection and clarity in the new build homes industry.
