Ahoy, surfers and beach bums! This is your surf forecast from the National Weather Service in Boston/Norton, MA. Let's catch those gnarly waves and soak up the sun along the East Coast at Barnstable today. We've got a moderate risk of rip currents and waves around 5 feet. Don't forget your sunscreen with that very high UV index.

Tomorrow, the risk of rip currents lowers, so enjoy the surf around 4 feet under the sunny skies. The water temperature hangs around 50 degrees. And for the days ahead, expect some consistent surf heights, sunny weather, and temperatures climbing into the 60s.

Over at Nantucket, it's a mix of sun and clouds with waves hitting 5 feet along the East Coast and 3 to 5 feet on the South Coast today. By tomorrow, the waters calm down a bit with pleasant surfing conditions. Keep an eye out for those rip currents!

If you're chilling at Dukes with Edgartown and Aquinnah beaches, you'll find gentler waves today and tomorrow, with some sunshine and light winds. Remember to check those tides for the best surfing times!

And for our friends in Rhode Island, Newport and Washington are looking good with low risk rip currents and surf heights ranging from 2 to 4 feet. The UV index is still high, so keep that SPF handy!

Lastly, if you're on Block Island, expect around 3 to 4 feet of surf today along with mostly cloudy skies. The waves ease up tomorrow for smoother rides in the water.

Whatever your beach plans, stay safe, wear sunscreen, and catch those waves responsibly, dudes and dudettes! And always remember, safety first! This has been a Quiet Please Studios audio creation with the help of AI. Please subscribe and never miss a Swell! Thank you for listening.
