So, if you're hitting the waves in Barnstable today, watch out for some high rip current risk starting from 8 AM through the evening. Surf heights around 4 feet, water temperature in the lower 60s, and a chance of showers and thunderstorms. High temperatures in the upper 70s with south winds zooming around at 15 mph. Don't forget your sunscreen with that low UV index!

Moving over to Nantucket, a similar high rip current risk situation awaits with surf heights around 4 to 5 feet. Keep an eye out for some cloudy weather, chance of showers, and thunderstorms. South winds at a speedy 20 mph. It's all happening there, folks!
