Everyone has an innate, deep-seated desire within themselves to find acceptance on the most fundamental levels of their being. This is intrinsic to what it means to be "human." It is a critical component of what defines the human spirit. That is why the ultimate fulfillment of that desire is expressed in the biblical literature as the God above all gods saying to His faithful child, "Well done, good and faithful bondservant!" There is no greater compliment.
