Dr. Dominique Elien Massenat has completed her postgraduate degree at the University of Ottawa. She obtained her diploma in Public Health and Preventive Medicine as well as completed her Masters in Epidemiology. She has an Adjunct position in the department of the School of Epidemiology and Public Health at the University of Ottawa and works as a Medical Advisor of Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
