Chatting Supplements: Multivitamins & Friends

Listen Later

What are multivitamins and do even need them? For all our references today check out way down below for a list of papers and the like.

We also explore the wide range of multivitamin products available and if the difference in price is justified (Absorption rates and ingredients etc!) This involves some pretty comedic attempts at pronouncing the rather difficult "sciency" names of some of these vitamins. Here are 2 of the supplements we spoke about in this episode:

  • A-Z MyProtein
  • Inessa Advanced
  •

We then take a closer look at some of the big hitters in Vitamin D, Vitamin B12 and the mineral Iron.

NOTE: Before taking any supplements it's important you consult your doctor/GP first to ensure there are no health issues/ medication conflicts.
