Chauncey Hawkins is a Division 1 basketball player and in 3 seasons of being at St. Francis in Brooklyn, he has eclipsed 1,000 career points. He also eclipsed 1,000 career points in high school while at Saint Joseph Regional and led the 2016 team to a Jamboree County Championship in Bergen County, NJ. 

Chauncey is diligent and focused on being the best basketball player he can be. Its been that way since he was first introduced to the game at a young age. 

In this episode, we started off talking about being an underdog. Others might see that as a hinderance, but Chauncey capitalizes on it and uses it as fuel when his actions do they talking.  We also discuss training, mindset, what actually drives Chauncey, and more. 

This one is close to the heart because Chauncey is a good friend. We met in high school and played basketball together. His growth has been evident and steady since then.
