They then have an informative discussion with former FIFA referee and current MLS VAR (Video Assistant Referee/FIFA VMO (Video Match Official) Carol Anne Chenard about her journey. 

Spoiler alert, before becoming top referee she competed at the highest level on ice, wearing speed skates for Team Canada.
