Ep 2.5 Check in proof-of-life, Are you sharing light, neutral, or stifling it?

Letting everyone know that I'm alive. I'm reminding myself and any listener that this story is not about some sad thing.  It's about much bigger things. Including names of boats! So if a life change got me to begin this podcast, then that's something positive that has come out of it already.
