Proverbs 27:17 As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.

Ecclesiastes‬ ‭4‬:‭9-12
Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor:  If either of them falls down,  one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.
Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves.
A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.
Do you know someone who always seems to have it together? Someone who is always on the grind and making things happen? A person who is always smiling, showing a happy disposition at all times and always encouraging others? When was the last time you checked in on them? Sometimes the strongest person  may be struggling with something (big or small)  in silence and we don’t know. In this episode, we discuss how and when to check in and show there can be zero pressure attached to it. Just a simple text can go a long way. There may be different reasons why a strong friend won’t reach out or ask for help so let’s practice checking in on a regular. Also, if you ever need someone to talk to, 988 is accessible 24/7/365 via call and text. You can also call the Georgia Crisis and Access Line (GCAL) at 1-800-715-4225.
