How many times have you heard the phrase, "Check on your strong friends?" It's a phrase heard often, but what does it really mean, and does it add too much pressure? In this episode I discuss the concept of being a strong friend and pay tribute to both Cheslie Kryst and Stephen "Twitch" Boss, two phenomenal people we lost in 2022, who were considered amazingly strong friends; especially to those who knew them and loved them.
