It's my favorite day of the week. It's podcast day! One of the things I love most about podcast day; is being able to have an honest conversation with all of you. I'm trying to make the most out of this year. To do that, I need to work through a few things. One of those things is comparing myself to everyone else. In this episode, I'm opening up about my experience with comparing myself to everyone. We're covering physical comparisons as well as milestone comparisons. The beginning half of this episode does touch on personal body issues. It's nothing extensive, but I do want to insert a possible trigger warning. I never want to make anyone feel uncomfortable.
