In the interest of trying to invigorate themselves, Matt and Pete switch seats and roles. Then they have an open and honest conversation about how Matt, and the hours upon hours of work, networking and forging relationships with people for the beneift of the show, isn't enough to hold Pete's interest for two hours a week. They also announce the reintroduction of the doggie shock collars to break them of the habit of saying "like" and "uh.um" too often.
