We had the idea for this podcast in January and six weeks later we released our first three episodes in the end of February. Two months into the podcast and it is time to reflect on how its going. In the first half of the episode we check in with how our business' are going, what we are working on, and how we have incorporated the podcast into our weekly schedules.

The second half of the episode we reflect on where we are at with the show. What we have been able to accomplish so far, and what our focus for the show will be going forward.

We want to continue to be transparent about who we are, what this process is like and how we are figuring it all out in the doing and creating. Today we look under the hood of what it has been like and what we are working on.

For those doing big and scary things this is a great episode for you. Sometimes you need to take a second and appreciate what you have done and what you have accomplished. This episode is our pause, our reflection, and getting clarity to continue moving forward in the direction that we want.
