Every Friday night Will Allred and Kevin Joseph sit down to talk comics, crowdfunding, and a little bit of Pop Culture with comic creators currently running campaigns. This week the creators who joined us were:
Pat Shand returns to introduce us to his NSFW anthology Cheeky. While it is not shy to swim in the waters of sexuality and carnal sex, Cheeky is a fun and unique take on relationships and the physical aspects of those relationships. Scout Comics brand new Co-Publisher Richard Rivera was on to talk about his return to Kickstarter with Stabbity Bunny Volumes 1 and 2. It may be his return to Kickstarter, but it is Scout Comics first campaign to bring two volumes of Stabbity Bunny into print. We were thrilled to speak with Lesly Julian and AJ O, Mason about Headcases. They have a cool dark comedy about two dudes finding a hitman's duffle bag, and the severed head that is in it which we would have been stoked to talk about on its own. But the fact they are the first campaign we've discussed that is using crowdfundr.com, was an extra cool perk for the show.
