If you are even the slightest bit familiar with all star cheerleading, you would know it could be incredibly dangerous if not careful. With the skills being done, from levels 1-7, one minor slip up can be life changing. I wanted to share some experiences that have happened to me or that I’ve witnessed throughout my years of all star cheerleading.
