Becky and Emily head for the coast to fish for blennies and get very enthusiastic about pufflings. They find a sea lion band of brothers, a multicolour rock pool and learn the ins and out of tides. They hear from producer of Blue Planet II Episode 6, Miles Barton who reveals the riches of the ever changing coastline. In this episode, he aimed to show the animals from their perspective and bring us into their world.

In the final episode, Becky and Emily wrap up with wisdom from the Blue Planet team and hear the thoughts of children who are learning about protecting the environment. Marine biologist and acoustics expert, Steve Simpson, talks about the intricacy of recording the delicate sounds of the clownfish. He reveals that it can be very
noisy underwater.  Sir David talks about his hopes and fears about the future of our oceans and shares his optimism for the young people who are forcing politicians to do things to protect it.

Becky and Emily get lost in the underwater kelp forests of the green seas and find pajama sharks. They praise the eating technique of the sea cucumber and
its ability to stuff food in its mouth. Becky and Emily take an in depth look at the process of writing the script ready for Sir David to deliver in his heartwarming tones. They talk to Sir David about how he works his magic to make the words come to life and tell the story of the Blue Planet II.

Episode 5: Sea Cucumbers & Pajama Sharks

Becky and Emily voyage into the big blue with 28,000 bath toys, a pod of talking sperm whales and a floating log. They hear from the episode producer John Ruthven who talks about the challenge of finding your subject to film in the wide open ocean. He unlocks the code that whales use to communicate and translates their click patterns.  Sir David tells us about his hopes for the future of conservation and a Blue Planet II Podcast exclusive: what animal he would like to be reincarnated as.

Episode 4: Sleeping Giants & Floating Terrors

Becky and Emily guide you through the mean streets of the coral metropolis to uncover the stories and the science behind reefs. They find a turtle cleaning station, and discover that a bobbit isn’t actually as cute as it sounds. In an in depth chat with Sir David, they found out they have a mutual love of cephalopods and wonder at the intelligence of the octopus. Underwater camera operator, Dan Beecham, unlocks the secrets of how he brought the viewers to fish-eye level in the reef.

Becky and Emily take a look at the stories and the science behind episode 2 of Blue Planet II. They discuss the wonders of marine snow and a whole load of
weird things that lurk in the deep including a crab named after David Hasslehoff. They also find leaky subs, hungry sharks and a deep-sea coral that's
older than you can imagine. They catch up with producer Orla Doherty about the epic odyssey of filming the deep. She recalls the test of patience that is needed and the emotion of
sometimes returning with nothing. Orla describes what it is like to be in a submersible, miles beneath the surface of the sea and the sheer beauty of her discoveries.
