If there's one thing I've stuck to since starting up 23 Cents, it's the notion that when an idea draws rave reviews, stick with it! So many of you had so many wonderful things to say about my mom's presence on last weeks' ranking of the 50 U.S. states, and so it was a no-brainer to run it back with her once again this week!
