When lifelong Westchester resident Joe Crotty lost his restaurant business during the pandemic, he did what every rational small-town business owner would do:  He opened another one within months! Joe, who had been in the restaurant and bar biz like his dad, pivoted from Riverdale to New Rochelle, opening Crotty's Cheesesteaks in December 2020 with his daughter Lindsay Crotty Walsh.  

We caught up with Lindsay to share the story of the business, how she went from a stay-at-home hom to turning a negative into a positive.  Say Cheez.
