On this show I will be talking all about pies and tarts. I will be disscussing the kinds of pies and tarts, the difference between sweet and savory pies, what tarts are, good quality fruit pies, talk about turnovers,and then finally how to make a good quality pie dough. I will have a blueberry pie recipe, apple pie, and then a banana cream pie recipe, and oreo cream pie and apple turn over recipes.
