On this show, Chef Alex is going to be talking Black Friday. In the first hour of the show at 8 PM EST, Chef Alex will explain what Black Friday is, the history and origin of it, then Chef Alex will talk about Black Friday in restaurants and the food service operations, then Chef Alex will touch base on how to use up those Thanksgiving leftovers. In the 2nd hour of the show at 9 PM EST, Chef Alex is going to be doing a live caller interaction. Callers are welcomed to call in and tell Chef Alex how their Thanksgiving was, what they did for Thanksgiving, and most importantly you can tell Chef Alex what you bought for Black Friday this year!!!!! One of Chef Alex's favorite chefs and mentors is Chef Gordon Ramsey. Chef Ramsey is known the world over, he is known for his excellance in the kitchen, he is known for his successful restaurants, and of course he is known from his TV shows including Kitchen Nightmares, MasterChef, MasterChef JR, Hell's Kitchen and now The F Word. He is also know for having a firey temper and will yell at chefs when he feels they are doing wrong. 

As a reality television personality, Ramsay is known for his fiery temper, strict demeanour, and use of expletives. He often makes blunt and controversial comments, including insults and wisecracks about contestants and their cooking abilities.

Chef Alex returns and reunites with the Chef Cardinale Cooking Show!  The Chef Cardinale Cooking Show premiered in Early 2013 as a platform for Alex to share what he was learning in his Culinary Arts program at his Vocational School in hopes to teach more people how to cook and bake. Chef Alex went on to deliever some exciting and awesome cooking and baking shows including an interview with 2 Masterchef Contestants and shows like Recipe Throwdowns! Chef Cardinale Cooking Show had 290 episodes in it's 2 year run from 2013-2014! Chef Alex and CCCS took a hiatus in late 2014...... BUT, CHEF ALEX IS BACK! CHEF ALEX HAS FOUND THAT PASSION AND LOVE FOR COOKING AGAIN! Chef Alex is back for good! 

With a whole new outlook of Podcasting and Cooking, Chef Alex will bring the Chef Cardinale Cooking Show to new heights and still provide the same passion from 2013!

Chef Alex Special Interview: Favorite Childhood Comfort Foods

On this episode of the Chef Cardinale's Cooking Show, Chef Alex will be doing his 2014 Thanksgiving special. Thanksgiving is a time where everyone gets in their kitchen and starts cooking up a feast. Chef Alex loves Thanksgiving.  Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes are just 3 examples of food served for Thanksgiving.
