Theres nothing lazy about what goes into his dishes though, Jason and Andre break down a bunch of stuff on his menu, his cooking career leading up to now, working in intense french kitchens making dover sole, to developing and consulting for the wildly popular Mendocino Farms. Hunter knows a lot about cooking and we’re all lucky to learn a thing or two from the fella.
