Navin Hariprasad, a registered dietitian, chef and owner of Spice in the City and a
new virtual restaurant called Lucky Cat Vegan, sits down with Amra to talk about his unique journey on becoming a chef and restaurant owner. He has a passion for clean
cooking but with a twist, a Desi twist that is. His food combines his family’s
traditional Indian recipes with his American-born palette. It’s definitely a
perfect blend of two worlds.
