Hola hivers,

La primera de tres sesiones del "Chef Rómulo Alvarado Artes y Técnicas Culinarias" estuvo muy interesante, a pesar del ruido generado por la Escuela, seguro tendré que adquirir los micrófonos de balita.

Pero, a pesar del ruido, las intervenciones del Chef Rómulo Alvarado se centro entre lo personal y la comunidad de los participantes culinarias, donde dejó, bien claro, que la actividad de ser Cocinero/Cocinera Profesional es una acción de transición, crecimiento y mantenimiento en lo personal y en el colectivo de Villa De Cura, capital del Municipio Zamora, Estado Aragua, Venezuela, por tener una larga historia, más adelante ofreceremos la generación de los posts que se relacionan.

La formación es clave, a pesar de no ser una actividad formal en las instituciones educativas convencionales (Media, Técnica y Profesional) y no convencionales, la actividad culinaria o la gastronomía abre una ventana. En la institucional del Estado el INCES de Villa De Cura han comenzado la participación del Proyecto de Formación y Autoformación en Artes Culinarias con Perfil Cualitativo de Chef, y también existe varios años la Escuela Gastronómica El Olivo, preparando a los estudiantes villacuranos y villacuranas, y otras regiones, en el perfil del Cocinero/Cocinera Profesional. Esto es sin duda, un gran adelanto, porque estarán dando a los participantes, estudiantes y a los emprendedores y las emprendedoras el estudio formal del Chef o Cocinero/Cocinera Profesional.
