Scott Commings grew up on a farm in WI and discusses how working on a farm helped him with his culinary journey. The call at 13 years old to help in a kitchen and what his first career path was going to be. We go thru how he landed a position with Loyola U (Chicago) that involved working on an organic farm and there is a discussion about organic produce!
