Prior to my training in the professional food prep & culinary 101 class, I had many notions about cooks and chefs. I would often call my friends chefs just because they called themselves chefs or just because of the one amazing meal I experienced with them. Boy, was my mind blown when i worked with, and as a chef in an industrial kitchen and found out that there's so much more to chefs and cooks.
