When I went into a meditation and came out hearing this challenge in my Clairaudience, this was a terrifying challenge to comprehend let alone unpack within my inner world. It became an absolute necessity over time. I needed to look into myself, go on my journey of Self-Discovery, and seek to make the changes that I knew it was time to make within myself and my world.

Through this journey, I discovered a multitude of tools for my Self-Discovery toolbox, and different methods and techniques to discover my inner truths in order to fully embody those truths in my outer world.

Back to the Basics!

That was what I needed to do, go back to the basics:

IT'S 2022, YA'LL!

2021 was a year filled to the brim with lessons, challenges, and abundant growth in so many different realms of life. At the end of the year, and into the new year, I spent a lot of time reflecting back upon the lessons that I had learned. In this contemplative endeavor, what I found was a repeating lesson best summed up by Michelle Ventor's quote: "People come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. When you figure out which it is, you know exactly what to do." 

After almost two months of going within, diving deep into my shadow, becoming ever more aware of the thought patterns that I believed I had conquered only to discover upon excessive stress or triggering moments in interactions with others, the thoughts and negative mindsets would once more rise up and strike. This just would not do. I learned much about myself, my inherent traits, the ones ingrained since childhood, fueled through adulthood, and worked to overcome them. It is something that I work on daily now, me and my shadow, working in tandem. Michelle Ventor's quote was the lesson that was wrapped up in my self-respect, self-worth, and how much I truly value my own peace of mind and stand firmly to my truths. As an empath, boundaries have been my lifelong lesson, and this was just one factor to establishing and maintaining my firm boundaries and remaining true to myself, my path, and the guidance I receive from Spirit.

In the Spring Season of Monica Anderson: The Kismet Chemist, we are going to take all about the Self-Discovery methods I have tested and use, the different opinions and options, and some suggestions for programs, courses, and materials to utilize.

In episode sixteen, I have chosen to step forward in a new way. I am working on Shadow Work, every single day, and as I do, I am learning deep lessons, and trying so hard to break cycles and patterns that have been occurring in my life. We talk a lot about shadow work in spirituality, psychology, and personal growth. As we talk about it, I have found that many times others haven't shown quite what it looks like to do this work. We talk a lot about the steps, the actions, but not the emotions or the revelations, the lessons and the repetitive patterns that still continue until we fully allow it to change. Today, I am choosing to go a different route. I am sharing with you, my shadow. My Achilles heel within and the understandings that come when you choose to see. I hope that through this, you find a light within, an inner strength, and the courage to do the same for yourself.

This video was originally filmed during the last Mercury Retrograde period, and was uploaded to YouTube. The same lessons in the video have been continuing in my life as well as through the collective, and now more than ever we are in the midst of the Eclipse season, coming up to a New Moon, total Solar Eclipse and Deconstruction now will lead to rebuilding the new foundations for the future that are firmly rooted and will bring about blessings, abundance, and a whole new world.

We study history because we are meant to learn from it, not repeat it. With all the energetic changes, societal changes, and religious upheaval going on in the world, we have an opportunity to change the storyline, not just for ourselves but for the world as a whole. Now is the time for us to rethink how we interact with ourselves, with each other, and with the world, to bring a more whole perspective of unity and healing into the world.

In episode fourteen, it is all about the Scorpio New Moon today, the journey we have been on for the last year, and learning lessons for integration. There is an important lesson to take away from the competing energies between Saturn and Uranus right now, deconstruction, and rebuilding with full incorporation and integration of the lessons from the old in order to be whole and move into the new. Powerful energies, powerful changes are upon us, how we choose to interact with those energies is how we start anew or return to the lessons of the old for another round. Now is the time to allow ourselves to embrace the newness of who we are and where we are heading in life and in the collective as a whole.

In episode thirteen, we have a turning point. It is Scorpio season, it is time to bring out and burn away the things we have been holding onto that have been too long holding us back, keeping us small, and preventing us from truly seeing others in the light of what is right for our soul journey versus what the world has been taught to believe for so long. It is time that we open our eyes to the new experience of living freely and openly, seeing our own inner truths, inner wounds, and choosing to heal, release, forgive, come into wholeness and speak up and out about all that we have learned.
