“A jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one" is a quote that I just heard completely for the first time a few weeks ago. Most people know this quote as simply "a jack of all trades" and usually comes with a negative connotation. Meaning, the person has never mastered anything completely, which I feel is deceiving.
Cheryl Robledo is a master as working with many healing modalities and tunes into which one would be most beneficial for a person in the moment. She is a certified Yoga Instructor, Massage Therapist with 20 years experience, Yoga & Massage studio owner and Reiki Practitioner. She also knows a thing or two about cupping and lymphatic drainage. She really truly has a big bag of tools to choose from and is quite intuitive in the choosing.
In this episode, we chat about our journeys into the healing arts and how our paths may not have seemed to be pointed in that direction early on in life. We touch on the prison system and the ideas about bringing healing modalities into the facilities. We share different ways that we have worked together to support each other in letting go and practicing new ways of being in the process.
Please join us as we shoot the shit on the subjects near and dear to our Hearts! We invite you to share your feedback and ways of healing with us through your comments as well.
