This month, we celebrate Chicago's mentors and educators, and in this episode, we hear from Leslie Pappas. Leslie is the Executive Director of Common Ground Foundation. Started by Chicago award winning rapper, actor and author Common, the foundation is dedicated to mentoring High School students for success in higher ed with a focus on nutrition, healthy living, financial literacy, character development and creative expression.
