-It was a long time coming but the Chicago Blackhawks finally fired Jeremy Colliton. They called up Icehogs coach Derek King to be the Interim HC.
-Coyotes got their first win against the Kraken 5-4
-Carolina Hurricanes lost their first game of the season to Florida 5-2
-Brady Tkachuck is named Captain of the Ottawa Senators. Looks like it was between him and Chabot.
-Antti Raanta had a nasty Collision that caused a little controversy.
