Eli Kay, Emily and the crime scene techs enter the club, climbing through the debris. Inside the club Eli activates one of his Malkavian blood powers and is able to see a disturbing vision. Eli believes they should look after newly risen vampires, those who are easily influenced. Where does one find young vampires who have fallen between the cracks and don’t end up in the Camarilla or the Anrachist movement?
