Ret. Riverside Police Chief Tom Weitzel joins Ray and Nick to discuss State Rep. Lisa Davis' bill that would make assaulting a police officer legal, provided the offender is having a "mental episode". The bill, however, would keep assaulting a firefighter, such as Rep. Davis' husband, illegal.

Weitzel points out the flagrant hypocrisy of the bill and how it's another example of Illinois failing to support police.
