My kids really coud not stay interested in this book. Not sure why...the stories were good, but I think it was how it was written.

This was a christmas present for my niece and I think its an amazing book she will love so much!
and some stories deal with very very sad issues that are not necessarily Christian related
Maybe this is more of a book of stories involving children than stories for children. And I would not want my child reading some of the stories in the book. So, it would be for a parents discretion, and maybe not so much for kids. Some stories are teachable and show Christian values, but some are more generic in faith (mentioning God or angels) in the story, and some stories deal with very very sad issues that are not necessarily Christian related, and I'm not so sure are good or suitable for children at all. So, read at your discretion.
